EXECUTIVE PRESENCE COACHING

Projecting a powerful executive presence can catapult your career to new heights. Lacking it can hold you back. The good news is that executive presence isn't an innate gift; it's a skill set waiting to be developed.

Our executive presence training programs will teach you the technique and strategies that enable you to become a more persuasive communicator and thought leader. You'll become more confident in your ability to lead high-level meetings and sell your vision to employees, customers, investors, your Board, and other stakeholders.

We use the latest research, methodologies, and applied learnings to help you build on your strengths, shore up your weaknesses — and then leverage those talents for maximum professional advantage.

In short, we help you build the leadership presence to become the persuasive communicator and influential leader you want to be.

MEET THE COACH

Dean is an award-winning communications executive who helps CEOs, senior executives — and the companies they lead — become world-class communicators. Foust brings experience in business, media, and Thought Leadership that few other consultants can match:

EXECUTIVE COACH WHO GETS RESULTS. Dean has provided media coaching for executives who appeared on CNN, CNBC and Euronews; were quoted in The New York Times, Bloomberg BusinessWeek, and Fast Company; and were published in The Financial Times and Harvard  usiness Review.

MEDIA PRO. During his 23 years as a writer, editor and bureau chief for BusinessWeek magazine, Dean interviewed two current and former U.S. Presidents, Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan (bi-monthly for five years), and  housands of CEOs and statesmen including Peter Drucker, Warren Buffett, Colin Powell, Ross Perot, and Fred Smith. Dean made upwards of 200 TV and radio appearances on networks including CNN, CNN International, BBC World News, BBC TV, CNBC, MSNBC, C-Span, Fox Business News, PBS’s News Hour and was a regular on PBS’s This Week in Business roundtable discussion show.

CORPORATE STRATEGIST. As the head of executive communications for UPS,  Dean used storytelling to successfully reposition UPS from a perceived victim of technological disruptions to a disruptor itself. The narrative: that through its investments in AI, drones, and autonomous vehicles, UPS could help customers “future-proof” their supply chains — and businesses. He also built a thought leadership campaign around the company’s transformation initiative that created a sell-in opportunity with the C-Suites of customers.

Foust and his team also created a thought leadership blog, Longitudes, which was named the world’s best corporate blog in the prestigious W3 global awards;  launched a corporate podcast that ranked in top 20% on Apple iTunes; and created a corporate video that won Bronze at The New York Festivals of Film and TV. In 2018, he received The Cicero Award for Best Investor Presentation for his CEO’s keynote at the 2017 UPS Investor Conference on Wall Street.

Foust secured inclusion in LinkedIn’s Influencer program for UPS CEO David Abney, whose following grew from 2,000 to 286,000, vaulting him to #12 on Brunswick  Group’s Most Connected CEO rankings — ahead of the CEOs of Disney, Starbucks, P&G, and Johnson & Johnson.
